Learning Journeys
From Courses to Curriculums.
You've built individual courses. Now, you can stitch them together into a structured Learning Journey.
πΊοΈ What is a Journey?β
A Journey is a sequence of courses designed to take a learner from point A to point B.
- Example A: Sales Onboarding (Week 1 -> Week 2 -> Certification).
- Example B: Leadership Track (Communication -> Conflict Resolution -> Strategy).
Instead of assigning 5 separate courses, you assign 1 Journey.
ποΈ The Journey Builderβ
To create your first curriculum:
- Go to the "Journeys" tab in your dashboard.
- Click "New Journey".
- Give it a Title (e.g., "Full Stack Developer Path") and Description.
Adding Coursesβ
Once inside the builder:
- Click "Add Course".
- Select from your specific library of published courses.
- Visual Sequence: Courses appear in a vertical list. The learner will see them in this exact order.
Organizing the Pathβ
- Drag & Drop: Use the grip icon to reorder courses.
- Requirement Level:
- Required: Learner must complete this to finish the journey.
- Optional: Supplemental material (e.g., "Deep Dive: Advanced Topics").
π Publishing a Journeyβ
Just like courses, Journeys have a Draft and Published state.
- Visibility:
- Public: Visible to everyone in the workspace.
- Private: Only visible to invited learners.
- Publish: Click the toggle in the top-right to make the journey live.
Note: You can only add Published courses to a journey. If a course is still in Draft, finish it first!
π Enrollment & Trackingβ
You can track progress at the Journey level.
- Enrollment: See who is taking the path.
- Progress Bar: Shows the aggregate completion (e.g., "3 of 5 courses completed").
Next Step: Organize your content for specific teams using Hubs. π Go to Admin Guide: Hub Management
