Course Settings & Library

Managing Your Course Portfolio

Beyond creating individual lessons, you need to manage course-level settings and organize your library.

Course Settings

To access settings, open any course and click the Settings (Gear) icon.

General Settings

  • Course Title: Rename your course.
  • System Prompt: The "brain" behind your course. Edit this to change how AI generates content (e.g., "Act as a senior engineer").

Default Voice Settings

Set the global voice for the entire course.

  • Tone: Professional, Friendly, Casual, Enthusiastic.
  • Narrator: Choose a specific AI voice.
  • Apply to All: When generating new lessons, they will default to these settings.

Course Library

The Courses Tab in your dashboard is your home base.

Course Cards

Each card shows:

  • Title
  • Module/Lesson Count
  • Status Badge (Draft, Ready, Published)
  • Last Edited Date
  • Use the search bar to find courses by title.
  • Filter by status (e.g., show only "Published" courses).

Actions

Click the three dots (⋮) on a course card to:

  • Preview: View as a learner.
  • Duplicate: Create a copy (great for V2 updates or templates).
  • Delete: Remove the course permanently.
