Admin Guide: Getting Started

Welcome, Administrator.

As a Workspace Admin, you hold the keys to the kingdom. Your role is to manage the people, settings, and content flow effectively.

🔑 Your Responsibilities​

Unlike Creators who build content or Learners who consume it, your focus is operational:

  • Team Management: Inviting users and assigning roles.
  • Workspace Hygiene: Cleaning up storage and managing settings.
  • Access Control: Deciding who gets in (and who doesn't).

🚀 The Admin Panel​

To access your tools, click your Profile Picture in the bottom-left corner and select "Admin Panel" (for system-wide stats) or "Workspace Settings" (for your specific team).

Note: If you handle multiple clients or departments, you can switch between them using the Workspace Selector in the sidebar.

✅ Day 1 Checklist​

If you just created a new workspace, do these three things first:

  1. Name Your Workspace: Give it a clear name (e.g., "Engineering Team" or "Client X Academy").
  2. Invite Your Team: Add your Creators so they can start building.
  3. Clean Up: Familiarize yourself with the Storage tools so you don't run out of space later.
